What are concurrent users?
The average number of LMS users active and online at the same time during regular business hours (the online-user block updates every 5 minutes). You may enrol an unlimited number of users — for 500 enrolled users where only 100 are online at once, a 100-concurrent-user hosting package fits.
How long is onboarding?
Setup usually takes 2–3 days, including theme customization, SSL for site security, and configuration of your domain name.
Do you provide course content?
The content is provided by your team; we migrate it into the LMS using Moodle activities and the H5P Interactive Content tool. If you have existing content, we can migrate it for you.
What does Admin training cover?
